This policy explains what personal information EXOTEX collects, why, and how it is protected, in accordance with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

Information we collect

When you book a pickup, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email;
• your pickup and delivery addresses and access instructions;
• a description of your laundry, its condition and your washing preferences;
• the date, time and version of the terms of service you accepted.

Our hosting provider may also process technical data (such as your IP address) for site security and protection against automated submissions.

How we use it

This information is used only to schedule pickup and delivery, process your order, bill you, communicate with you and keep proof of the terms you accepted. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Sharing with third parties

To operate, the site uses providers that process some information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and spam protection;
• an email delivery service, to send you a copy of your request and forward it to us.

These providers may store data outside Québec. We only share what is necessary.

Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to manage your orders and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then destroy it securely. Only people who need it for their work have access to it.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent by writing to us or calling us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
